For the experienced craftsman who is ready to be treated like one. Run solo installations across the Valley with a company van, full tool kit, and a team that respects the trade.
- What you’ll do: Run solo installations of shutters, honeycomb shades, roller shades, romans, motorized products, and more. Handle service calls and warranty repairs.
- What we provide: $50,000 salary, company van, gas card, tablet, all tools and parts covered by the company, paid Hunter Douglas certifications, paid time off.
- What we need from you: Minimum 2 years window treatment installation experience, Hunter Douglas Certified Installer (or equivalent), clean MVR, ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Who this role is for
Experienced installers who are tired of beat-up vans, no respect for their craft, and no clear path forward. The Installer role is the backbone of our team, and the path to Lead Installer at $70K is open to anyone who masters drapery, motorization, and low-voltage work.
