This section governs our SMS text messaging program and satisfies the requirements of The Campaign Registry (TCR), the CTIA, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and FCC regulations.

Types of SMS Messages

By opting in, you consent to receive two categories of SMS messages:

• Conversational / Service Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, service status updates, scheduling follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries.

• Marketing / Promotional Messages: Special offers, promotions, new product or service announcements, seasonal campaigns, and other marketing communications about Blind and Shutter Spot's products and services.

How Consent Is Obtained

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent through our website contact form at www.blindandshutterspot.com/contact. The SMS consent checkbox is always optional and unchecked by default — it is never pre-checked and is never required to submit the form. The date, time, and source of consent are recorded and securely retained.

Messaging frequency may vary based on your service activity and promotional calendar. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Blind and Shutter Spot does not charge separately for SMS messages

Sending Hours

In compliance with TCPA requirements, we will only send SMS messages between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by any reasonable means, including:

• Replying STOP, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message from us

• Sending an email to CSR@blindandshutterspot.com requesting to be removed

• Calling us at (480) 207-6450 and requesting to be removed

• Sending any other clear and unambiguous request to stop receiving messages

Per FCC rules effective April 11, 2025, we honor opt-out requests made through any reasonable means — not just standard keywords. After receiving your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

Absolute Prohibition on Sharing SMS Data

SMS opt-in data, phone numbers collected for SMS purposes, and SMS consent records will NOT be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This prohibition is absolute and supersedes any other data-sharing language in this Policy.

Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

If you provide your email address, we may send you service-related and marketing emails. In compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act:

• Every marketing email will clearly identify Blind and Shutter Spot as the sender

• Every marketing email will include our physical mailing address

• Every marketing email will include a clear and easy unsubscribe link

• We will honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

• We will not use deceptive subject lines or misleading "from" information
