Welcome to Blind and Shutter Spot. By using our website (www.blindandshutterspot.com) or submitting information through our contact form, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the website. You may not use our website to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material.
2. User Submissions
By submitting your contact details through our website, you:
• Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
• Grant us permission to contact you regarding service inquiries, scheduling, and — depending on your separate SMS or email consent — marketing communications
• Acknowledge that submitting the form does not create a purchase obligation
3. SMS / Text Message Communications
This section governs Blind and Shutter Spot’s SMS text messaging program. It satisfies the disclosure requirements of The Campaign Registry (TCR), CTIA industry guidelines, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and FCC regulations effective as of the date of this document.
3.1 Types of SMS Messages
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Blind and Shutter Spot, you may receive two categories:
• Conversational / Service Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, scheduling communications, and responses to your service inquiries.
• Marketing / Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, promotions, new product announcements, seasonal campaigns, and other marketing communications about Blind and Shutter Spot’s products and services.
3.2 How Consent Is Obtained
We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent. Consent is collected via an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. The checkbox is never pre-checked and is never required to submit the form. The date, time, and source of consent are recorded and retained in compliance with TCPA requirements.

3.3 Message Frequency and Rates
Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Blind and Shutter Spot does not charge separately for SMS messages.
3.4 Sending Hours — TCPA Compliance
In compliance with the TCPA, we will only send SMS messages between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient’s local time zone.
3.5 How to Opt Out — Any Reasonable Means Honored
You may opt out of all SMS messages from us at any time by any reasonable means. In compliance with FCC rules effective April 11, 2025, we honor opt-out requests through all of the following methods:
• Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message from us
• Email CSR@blindandshutterspot.com with your phone number and opt-out request
• Call (480) 207-6450 and request to be removed
• Any other clear, unambiguous communication requesting that we stop texting you
Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to that number. To re-subscribe, reply START.

3.8 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
SMS consent information, opt-in data, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This is an absolute restriction. Consent obtained for Blind and Shutter Spot is exclusive to Blind and Shutter Spot only and will never be transferred to or used by any other entity.
4. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance
If you provide your email address, we may send you service-related and marketing emails in compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email from us will:
