Lead Installer (Level 3)

The top of our installer career ladder before management. For the master craftsman who can handle our most complex jobs and mentor the next generation of installers.
- What you’ll do: Lead the most complex installations — motorized drapery, hardwired Somfy and PowerView, custom cornices, low-voltage termination. Mentor L1 and L2 installers.
- What we provide: $70,000 salary, company van, gas card, tablet, all tools and parts including specialty motorization tools, paid Hunter Douglas Master Installer certification, paid time off.
- What we need from you: Minimum 5 years window treatment installation experience, Hunter Douglas Master Installer or equivalent, real experience with Somfy/PowerView/Comfortex/Alta motorization, clean MVR, ability to pass background check and drug screen.
